Junior Customer Success Manager
As our Junior CSM, you will take an important part in scaling the operations of an ambitious and internationally expanding growth company, specifically working with small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers. In this role, you will help drive customer adoption, satisfaction, and retention through both digital touch strategies and pooled customer success management. You’ll be leveraging a scaled customer success model, managing multiple accounts at once through automated processes and proactive touchpoints, while collaborating with a shared pool of CSMs to address customer needs collectively.
The base salary for this role is 3000 - 3500€.
What We're Looking For
- Experience in project management, customer success management or account management in a fast growing SaaS company (1-2 years)
- Upselling and cross-selling experience and proven results are considered a plus
- Ability to prioritise your work and approach project timelines in a disciplinary manner. The customer always comes first and you naturally do all you can to exceed their expectations
- Interest in technology and confidence in using different technologies in your work
- You are fascinated by data and are used to utilising data to support your decisions and to define the necessary actions
- Passion for learning and a solution-oriented mindset
- Courage to improve and develop processes when needed
- We value previous experience in training customers or from on-boarding customers. We also value previous experience from the SaaS industry in startups or experience from the cyber security industry.
- Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have, other languages are beneficial

Our Process
Our recruitment process is:
- Interview with our Talent Acquisition (30min remote).
- Interview with Customer Success (60min remote)
- Homework completion independently (90min)
- Task presentation and meeting future colleagues in Customer Success (60min remote or on-site)
- Reference checks
