Content Creator - Security Awareness

Are you a creative storyteller with a passion for making complex ideas simple, engaging, and impactful? Do you have a knack for creating diverse content—text, graphics, animations, and short videos—that captivates audiences? Hoxhunt is seeking a Security Awareness Content Creator to join our team responsible for developing educational, accessible, and engaging content on cybersecurity.

In this role, you’ll leverage your creative skills and storytelling abilities to bring security topics to life, helping people learn to protect themselves against modern cyber threats. As we expand our training library into new formats like video, we’re looking for someone who is excited about using AI tools to streamline content production and drive innovation in security awareness.

The salary range for this position is 3000 - 3500€ monthly (negotiable depending on previous relevant experience).

The What

Your most important responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Develop best-in-class security content that is engaging, relatable, simple and unique; helping millions of people to stay safe in the digital world.
• Scriptwriting & Storytelling: Craft stories and write scripts for e-learning modules and video content that captivate learners and keep them engaged over time.
• Media Development: Design graphics, animations, and short videos for training purposes, using AI tools to enhance efficiency. Think TikTok videos, interactive stories and fun design!
• Creative Consistency: Ensure a cohesive look, feel, and tone across all content produced, aligning with Hoxhunt's brand, while meeting the needs of a rapidly expanding base of worldwide customers.
• Continuous Learning: Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends and best practices, as well as innovations that could enhance Hoxhunt’s content.
• Take part in the team daily and collaborate with the rest of the team.
• Handle day-to-day requests from internal stakeholders and prioritise your work

The Who

The profile we're looking for:

• Creative Communicator: A background in storytelling, journalism, marketing, or a related field with the ability to create engaging content in various formats (text, images, videos, etc.).
• Interest in Cybersecurity: While prior cybersecurity experience isn’t necessary, an interest in the field is essential.
• Behavioral Design Enthusiast: Some knowledge or interest in behavior design and how it can be used to influence positive security practices.
• AI-Savvy: Eager to use AI tools to optimize content production and bring creative ideas to life more efficiently.
• Experience Level: 1-5 years of experience in a creative field.
• Team Player: Able to balance independent work with strong communication and collaboration skills. Positive, adaptable, and willing to engage with others’ ideas.
• Accountability and Proactivity. We're a scale-up, which means the environment is dynamic. We hope you're able to navigate this with your discretion and the guidance of your team and are willing to take ownership when you see something that needs improving.
• Fluent in English: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
