The What
We are looking for a Channel Sales Manager to join our growing Sales team to build and develop our channel partners and maximize revenue opportunities. In this role, you will:
- Lead and manage strategic relationships with our channel partners in EMEA. Build and nurture strong partnerships to drive cooperation and strategic growth objectives.
- Work closely with existing channel partners and the sales team to generate new revenue and partner-sourced leads through the reselling channels.
- Collaborate with the Partner Success Manager to streamline and enhance our partner program.
- Advise partners on human risk mitigation and security culture.
- Improve accountability for partner-sourced pipeline, pipeline progression, and final execution, ensuring CRM hygiene is maintained.
- Collaborate with partners to plan and run events and campaigns, coordinating with Hoxhunt's marketing and sales teams.
The Who
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in alliances, channel business, SaaS sales, and channel management.
- Proven experience in coaching, motivating, and advising both internal and external sales teams to achieve exceptional results.
- Results-oriented with a track record of exceeding targets and driving value.
- Interest and curiosity in learning new technologies.
- Proven ability to influence sales growth and performance.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where processes are still being developed.
- Fluent English (written and verbal), ability to work in other languages such as German, French or Dutch are considered a plus.

- Homework assignment and panel interview (60 min)

This role is based at our headquarters in Helsinki, and we offer a flexible hybrid working model. The compensation consists of a monthly base salary of around €5,500-6,500, plus variable pay. The base salary range depends on the candidate's skills and experience.
