Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and self-driven FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis) Manager with a strong background in SaaS business logic and KPIs. This individual will play a crucial role in our finance team, focusing on building and automating financial processes, developing forecast models, and providing real-time KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models and forecasts.
• Automate finance processes and integrate various finance tools, with a strong emphasis on NetSuite.
• Monitor and analyze key SaaS metrics and KPIs to provide actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success) to drive business development and achieve company goals.
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and analysis.
• Continuously improve financial processes and systems to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Strong background in SaaS business logic and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Advanced technical skills, particularly in building automations between different finance tools, especially NetSuite.
• In-depth knowledge of accounting and finance principles.
• Proven experience in financial modeling, forecasting, and real-time KPI reporting.
• Self-driven and able to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with various functions within the company.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in a similar role within a SaaS company.
• Familiarity with other finance tools and software.
• Potential to grow into a team lead role as the company expands.

This role is based at our headquarters in Helsinki, and we offer a flexible hybrid working model. The salary range for the position is 6000-7500 euros, depending on the candidate's skills and experience.
