The What

We’re looking for a tech-savvy, customer-oriented professional to join Hoxhunt's Customer Success Onboarding Team as our first Technical Implementation Manager. As our customer base continues to grow - especially among large enterprise organizations - the technical side of onboarding has become increasingly complex. This new role is dedicated to owning the technical implementation track for some of our customers, ensuring Hoxhunt is set up smoothly, securely, and successfully. You will:

• Take full ownership of the technical onboarding process for our top-tier customers
• Support other Onboarding Managers with technically complex cases across all tiers
• Contribute to streamlining technical implementation practices and improving internal processes
• Depending on the customer scope, you may also fully manage some onboarding projects end-to-end

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys solving technical challenges, collaborating across teams, and working directly with customers to create a smooth and impactful onboarding experience. 

This role is based out of Helsinki. We follow a flexible hybrid working model and hope that you’d like to visit the office weekly. The salary band for this role is €4,000-4,400. The salary depends on the candidate's skills and experience.

The Who

We’re looking for someone who goes above and beyond to help customers get value from day one; someone who can manage complex implementations with confidence and clarity. You’re likely a great fit if you have:

• 2+ years of experience in technical product implementation, systems integration or related support roles
• Hands-on experience with M365, G-Suite, on-prem Exchange, or hybrid email environments is a strong plus
• Familiarity with SCIM, SSO, and multi-tenant setups
• Strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-facing mindset
• Fluency in English (additional European languages are a plus)
• A structured, disciplined approach to prioritizing and meeting project deadlines
• A natural curiosity for technology and confidence using it in your daily work
• A growth mindset and a strong sense of ownership
