We are now looking for a Senior Software Engineer with full-stack experience and a strong focus on frontend development to join our mission-driven product team. What you'll do

As a key member of our product development team, you’ll:

• Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, working across the stack with a strong frontend focus.
• Design, plan, and implement new product features that bring real value to our users.
• Build beautiful, polished UIs that create a smooth and engaging user experience.
• Collaborate with designers, engineers, and product managers to ship high-quality work.
• Contribute to the architecture and technical direction of our platform.
• Mentor and support others and sharing best practices.
• Continuously improve how we build, collaborate, and grow as a team.

What we’re looking for

We’re looking for someone who combines technical excellence with a product-driven mindset. You enjoy building user-centric features and have a proactive, problem-solving attitude. You care about clean code, thoughtful design, and helping others succeed.

What you’ll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in full-stack development, with strong experience from frontend development
• Strong skills in React, Node.js, and TypeScript
• Passion for building delightful, high-quality user interfaces
• Experience in product development with a sense of ownership and impact
• Ability to guide technical decisions and mentor others
• Familiarity with Agile development and collaborative team practices
• A clear understanding of how to build digital products that are reliable, secure and easy to maintain, with a focus on long-term quality and sustainability

Bonus points for

• Experience with GraphQL, MongoDB, or gamified product development
• Interest in user engagement, and human-centric design

Location and salary range

This role is based out of our headquarters in Helsinki.
The monthly salary range for the position is around €6000-7000, depending on your skills and experience.
