Your Mission
As our new Director, Sales Development, you’ll lead and create a culture of success in our SDR function in Europe. You won’t just manage people — you’ll help them grow. You’ll shape our outbound motion, coach individuals through challenges you’ve faced yourself, and create a high-performing culture grounded in ownership, accountability, and collaboration.
What You'll Do
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing SDR team focused on the EMEA market
- Own SDR performance, daily rhythm, team structure, and continuous improvement
- Run impactful team meetings, and hiring/onboarding processes
- Contribute directly to outbound strategy and messaging
- Drive consistent pipeline creation
- Set a strong leadership tone through hands-on involvement and strategic thinking
What You Bring
- Leadership of an SDR/BDR team in a SaaS, software, or digital product environment
- Previous experience in a scale-up or high-growth tech setting
- Managed teams targeting EMEA markets
- Hands-on experience with team coaching, 1:1s, hiring and ramping
- Involvement in building or continuously improving outbound strategies and messaging
- Familiarity with outbound frameworks, sales tools and pipeline best practices
