Your Mission
Your mission is to help Hoxhunt grow by hiring the right people, and by shaping how we attract, engage, and welcome them into the team. You’ll influence how candidates experience Hoxhunt and support hiring teams in making thoughtful, high-impact decisions.

Your Role
As our Talent Acquisition Manager, you’ll join a small, experienced team of talent professionals who support hiring across all areas of Hoxhunt. Within the team, you’ll take full ownership of your work, build close relationships with hiring managers, understand their goals, and guide them to great hiring decisions.
This role is not about volume. It’s about making thoughtful, high-quality hires at the right pace. You’ll help us move fast when it makes sense, and slow down when it matters. You’ll bring clarity to the process, act as a true partner to the business, and keep improving how we do things as we scale.

What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end recruitment for roles across multiple business functions (tech, product, customer success, sales, marketing etc.)
- Source and engage with top talent, with a strong focus on hard-to-reach or niche profiles
- Guide and support hiring managers throughout the process, from defining roles to making offers
- Work closely with your teammates to continuously improve how we hire
- Contribute to developing our employer brand and talent marketing approach
- Use data to inform decision-making and improve hiring outcomes
- Build long-term talent pipelines and keep relationships warm, even when there’s no immediate role
What You Bring
- You have at least 3 years of end-to-end recruitment experience in a tech or high-growth scale-up environment
- You’re confident sourcing directly for niche roles or international talent pools
- You enjoy building strong partnerships with hiring managers — and know how to challenge and support when needed
- You have strong project management skills and communicate clearly across teams and stakeholders
- You bring structure and ownership to your work and feel comfortable in the occasional chaos of a growing company
- You’re curious about the broader talent landscape and enjoy learning how it’s evolving
- You’re curious about new technologies, including how AI can support sourcing, outreach, or recruitment workflows
- You speak and write English fluently; other languages such as French or German are a plus

- Have worked on employer branding initiatives or recruitment events
- Are interested in talent intelligence, market data, or sourcing strategy
Location and Salary
This role is based out of our headquarters in Helsinki.
The monthly salary range for this position is €4500–5500, depending on your skills and experience.
We work in a hybrid setup and hope you enjoy spending time at the office weekly.
