Your Mission
As our founding Senior Account Executive for France, you’ll be the driving force behind our entry into this new, high-potential market. This is a high-impact role where you’ll own the full sales cycle for top-tier French enterprises, close significant new business ARR, and establish Hoxhunt as the go-to solution for human risk management in cybersecurity. This is a unique, career-defining opportunity to build our presence in one of Europe's largest markets from the ground up. You will be the architect of our success in France, armed with a service that customers love and a team that is passionate about our mission.
What You'll Do
- Own the French Market: Be the key driver for Hoxhunt's growth in France, identifying and closing new business with strategic tier enterprises in the region.
- Master the Full Sales Cycle: From prospecting and discovery to proposals, procurement, and closing, manage the entire sales process with sophisticated enterprise clients.
- Drive Revenue Growth: Achieve and exceed your New Business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quota.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships and establish Hoxhunt’s credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our dedicated SDR and Marketing teams to execute a winning go-to-market strategy for France.

Represent Hoxhunt at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings in France.

Act as the face of Hoxhunt in the region, building brand awareness and credibility.
Our Helsinki HQ will be your home base, with flexible opportunities for remote work.
Your compensation structure will be 50/50 base salary and a competitive commission model. The base salary will be discussed based on your work experience and will fall within our budgeted range of €4,000 – €6,000.
What You Bring
- Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: Several years as an Account Executive selling complex SaaS or software solutions to large enterprises, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Deep French Market Knowledge: Native or fully fluent French speaker, with significant professional experience in France and a strong understanding of its business culture and etiquette.
- Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energetic, and motivated by the challenge of building a market presence from scratch.
- Willingness to Travel: Based in Helsinki (or open to relocation) and eager to travel regularly to France for meetings, events, and networking.
- Nice-to-Have Edge: An existing network in the French cybersecurity or IT sector is a significant plus.
