Your Mission

As a Senior Software Engineer at Hoxhunt, you’ll be right at the heart of building and shaping our core platform. This is not just about writing code, it’s about creating something that actively protects people and organizations worldwide. Your work will directly influence how our customers stay safe in an ever-changing environment.

Your Role

We’re looking for an experienced engineer who thrives in product development, loves solving complex problems, and wants to leave a mark on an important, rapidly growing product. You’ll be joining a team focused on real-world threats—analyzing the evolving threat landscape, building tools for remediation, and delivering core product capabilities that impact every part of the company.

What You'll Do

• Build and improve our core product with a modern full-stack tech stack
• Collaborate with designers and product managers to turn ideas into reality
• Participate in shaping team processes and product direction
• Contribute to projects that directly impact security awareness worldwide
• Help create scalable solutions that grow with our company

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in software engineering, ideally in SaaS or product companies
• Solid full-stack skills with Node, TypeScript, and React
• Experience with GraphQL or MongoDB is a plus
  
• An understanding of customer needs and how to make great software products
• Strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
• Consistency, reliability, and the ability to work well in a collaborative team

Bonus Points If You Also

• Have knowledge of Agile practices and process orientation
• Bring experience with security-related products or data-driven applications

Location and Salary Range

You’ll work with our HQ in Helsinki as your home base. While we offer a flexible remote work policy, we hope you are willing to visit the office weekly.

This is a full-time role with a salary range of 6000–7000 EUR/month, depending on your skills and experience.
