As our customer base grows, we are expanding our onboarding team to ensure every new SMB customer gets the right start, one that builds trust, removes friction, and sets them up for long-term success. We are seeking an Associate Onboarding Manager to help SMB customers navigate their initial experience with Hoxhunt.
In this role, you will provide structure, clarity, and support throughout the onboarding process. Your responsibilities will include proactively addressing potential issues, ensuring projects stay on schedule, and making sure customers feel supported at every stage of their journey.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple onboarding projects at the same time, each with clear goals and timelines.
- Spend approximately 25% of your time on video conducting customer meetings.
- Guide customers through technical setup, ensuring everything stays on track.
- Own the full onboarding experience for SMB customers from kick-off to go-live.
- Serve as a reliable, proactive point of contact throughout onboarding.
- Improve onboarding workflows and documentation to help us scale and continuously improve.
What You’ll Bring
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, onboarding, implementation, or support roles.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills, with the ability to manage multiple customers at once.
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused mindset.
- A structured, disciplined approach to prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Curiosity and comfort working with technology in your day-to-day work.
- A growth mindset and strong sense of ownership.
- Hands-on experience with M365, G-Suite, SCIM, and SSO is a strong plus.
Location & Compensation
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Minneapolis office.
Depending on your experience, your total compensation will include a base salary of $65,000 – $75,000, plus variable pay. On-target earnings (OTE) land in the $80,000 – $90,000 USD range.
