Your Mission
As our Event Marketing Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of
Hoxhunt’s global events — from intimate executive dinners to large-scale conferences across EMEA and the US. This is a high-visibility role where flawless project management meets creativity. You’ll have full ownership of the event journey, ensuring every touchpoint drives business impact, strengthens our brand, and delivers memorable experiences to our audiences worldwide.
What You’ll Do
- Plan & Execute End-to-End: From logistics and on-site execution to post-event follow-up — including flagship Tier 1 conferences with 25,000+ visitors. You’ll ensure every detail runs smoothly while working cross-functionally to maximize business impact.
- Deliver Flawless Logistics: Manage all timelines, budgets, vendors, and stakeholders with precision — ensuring no detail is overlooked.
- Drive Audience Acquisition: Run targeted campaigns, activations, and onsite programs to engage the right audiences and maximize ROI.
- Design Memorable Journeys: Create a seamless experience from first touch to post-event follow-up that leaves a lasting impression.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Sales, RevOps, Design, Co-Founders, Product, and Growth Marketing to align event execution with brand and pipeline goals.
- Measure & Improve: Track success through pipeline contribution, attendee engagement, and long-term brand impact, while constantly improving processes and tools (including swag, merch, and follow-up).
You'll work with our HQ in Helsinki as your home base. While we offer a flexible remote work policy, we hope you are willing to visit the office weekly.
The salary band for this role is EUR 4500 - 5500, depending on your previous experience.
What You Bring
To succeed in this role, the must-haves are:
- Proven experience as both an event planner and event marketer, ideally in the SaaS or B2B space.
- Strong project management skills. You are structured, organized, and able to keep multiple moving parts (and people) aligned.
- Hands-on experience managing budgets, vendors, and agencies with clear communication to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience with marketing automation tools (we use HubSpot) and project management tools like Asana or similar.
- A collaborative approach and the ability to work effectively with C-level executives, product, sales, and design teams.
- Strong ownership mindset — you take initiative, identify blockers, and follow through from concept to execution.
- Fluent in English (written and spoken).

In Your First 3-6 Months
- You will review the current event playbook, review and refine our current event processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.
- You will plan major events with flawless execution and alignment to strategy.
Beyond 6 Months
- Deliver events with measurable ROI.
- Ensure efficient post-event follow-up processes and practices.
- Provide strategic input for scaling our global event strategy.
