Join Hoxhunt and build a purposeful product that defends companies from cybercrime, help support the cyber skills training for 3m+ users to make the world more cyber secure - in a human centric way.
Hoxhunt in a nutshell
Hoxhunt was founded in 2016 by four visionaries. At Hoxhunt, we don’t just build software, we build behavior change on a global scale. With a world-class product and over 50% year-on-year growth, we’re helping companies around the world create a culture of cybersecurity, one employee at a time. We don’t stop at training employees but analyze real threats, remediate incidents, and help security teams stay ahead of attackers. To make this happen, our operations must constantly evolve and that’s where you come in.
We operate by three principles: courage to take initiative, hunger for feedback, and succeeding together. If you are seeking professional and personal growth in a purpose-driven company, we might be the perfect choice!
Your Role
As a Junior Threat Analyst you’ll be trained to analyze real phishing reports by our end-users. The vast quantity of reports from around the globe give us a unique window into the phishing landscape. Our purpose-built tooling will allow you to build your own efficient workflow for analyzing the emails and their payloads such as credential harvesters and malicious files, to classify and tag them accordingly.
Analysts turn their domain expertise into insight, using structured analytic techniques to build a clear, current view of the threat landscape. They share findings across the company and with customers, helping them understand emerging trends and risks. Analysts also co-author reports, ranging from concise briefs to in-depth analyses and reports that reach a global audience.
A typical day consists of independent analysis, collaboration on edge cases with your colleagues and reporting insights and notable findings on our communication channels or team meetings.
