As an Associate Customer Success Manager in our SMB segment, you’ll be right at the heart of this mission. You’ll help a wide range of businesses adopt and expand Hoxhunt, guiding them to unlock the full value of our platform. Your Role
You will look after a broad portfolio of small and mid-sized customers. Some will thrive with digital programs while others will need your personal touch. You will shape the balance between scale and direct engagement, knowing when to empower customers digitally and when to step in yourself.
You will build and maintain strong relationships as a strategic advisor, helping customers use Hoxhunt to strengthen their security culture while driving adoption, retention and growth. You will take a proactive and strategic approach to customer success, working independently while always supported by our broader Customer Success team.
What You’ll Do
- You will take ownership of a portfolio of small and mid-sized customers, balancing digital engagement with direct relationship management.
- You will act as a trusted advisor, helping customers adopt and expand Hoxhunt and guiding them to see meaningful outcomes from our products.
- You will share insights on the evolving threat landscape, showing customers how to strengthen their security culture with Hoxhunt.
- You will lead renewal conversations, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure long-term customer satisfaction.
- You will work independently day-to-day, while collaborating closely with the wider Customer Success team to share learnings and build best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- At least two years of experience in customer success, account management, or project management. SaaS experience is a plus.
- Confidence in stepping into the role of a strategic advisor, with the ability to build trust and guide customers toward outcomes that matter.
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to move between many different customers and tasks.
- A data-driven mindset, using insights to make decisions and recommend clear next steps.
- You take ownership, improve processes as you go, proactively solve problems and find solutions.
- You have a collaborative spirit, sharing what you learn, contributing to team growth, and adding to a positive culture.
- Curiosity, practicality, and motivation to deliver results that make a difference.
Location and Salary Range
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Minneapolis office. The compensation includes a base salary of $75,000 to $80,000 USD, with variable pay bringing the total on-target earnings to $95,000 to $100,000 USD.
