The Role
We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing EMEA team and drive growth in the DACH region. You’ll be the first human connection many prospects have with Hoxhunt — researching, engaging, and sparking conversations with CISOs and security leaders across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland.
You’ll master the art (and science) of multi-touch, multi-channel outbound, using phone, email, LinkedIn, and events to identify needs, craft relevant messages, and book meetings that turn into meaningful opportunities.
You’ll be trained, supported, and challenged — and you’ll grow fast.
Location: Helsinki, Finland (Hybrid)
Language requirements: native-level German & fluent English
Compensation: €3000–3500 base + performance-based bonus
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage your own pipeline of DACH-region prospects through outbound activities
- Use tools like ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, and data-driven persona mapping to identify and reach key decision-makers
- Create compelling, personalized outreach that resonates with CISOs and security leaders
- Collaborate with Account Executives to generate 6–7M€ in monthly pipeline
- Learn continuously, experiment fearlessly, and bring curiosity to every call
What We’re Looking For
- 1–2 years of SDR or BDR experience, ideally in SaaS or cybersecurity
- Native-level German and fluent English
- Experience with cold calling and high-volume outreach
- A resilient, coachable, and ambitious mindset
- Ability to emotionally detach from the “no’s” and stay focused on the next “yes”
- Knowledge of the DACH market and its peculiarities is a huge plus
- Nice-to-have: familiarity with ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator, or similar tools
