Your Mission
We are looking for an Account Executive to join our sales team in the United States, focusing on small to medium-sized businesses. This is an exciting moment to join us. You will be part of an ambitious and driven sales team working with an award-winning product in a market that has never been more important.
You will help SMB customers strengthen their security culture and protect their people from cyber threats. Every conversation you lead and every deal you close will help companies and individuals become more resilient against real-world attacks.
Your Role
As our Account Executive, you will own the full sales cycle within the SMB segment, from prospecting and discovery to closing new business. You will build and manage your territory strategically, identifying the right accounts and engaging decision-makers in meaningful conversations that lead to lasting customer relationships.
Success in this role comes from thoughtful conversations and genuine understanding. You focus on creating value in every interaction — asking insightful questions, adapting to each situation, and communicating clearly to help customers make decisions that strengthen their security culture and drive real impact.
We will support you with proven playbooks, powerful tools, and a sales culture that values curiosity, learning, and continuous improvement.
What You’ll Do
- Build and manage a strategic sales pipeline targeting SMB companies across your territory
- Prospect proactively and create new opportunities through curiosity and meaningful outreach
- Lead consultative sales conversations where you educate, adapt, and ask the right questions
- Understand your customers’ challenges quickly and connect Hoxhunt’s solutions to their needs
- Close new business and consistently achieve or exceed your sales targets
- Collaborate with Marketing, SDRs, and Customer Success to ensure customer success from day one
What We’re Looking For
- Proven success in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or business development, ideally with SMB customers
- A track record of exceeding sales targets and driving results
- The ability to adapt your communication style to fit the customer and keep conversations focused and valuable
- Curiosity and willingness to educate and guide customers through insight rather than pressure
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, clear and confident delivery
- A growth mindset and hunger to learn
- A team-first attitude and the ability to collaborate and celebrate wins together

Location and Salary Range
This is a full-time hybrid role based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, with a base salary range of USD $60,000–62,000 USD and an OTE of USD $100,000-125,000.
