Our established team in the DACH market, led by Sales Director Katrin Schummer and Senior Account Executive Brix Ziemann, is already making significant strides, and we're looking to expand our reach even further. That’s where you come in.
Your Mission
As an Account Executive for the DACH region, you will play a crucial role in expanding Hoxhunt's footprint by focusing on organizations with up to 3000 employees. You will work alongside our existing DACH team to drive new business acquisition within this key segment, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute directly to our growth in the German-speaking markets. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, leverage an established market presence, and make a tangible impact on our success in the region.
What You'll Do
- Drive Growth in the DACH Mid-Market: Be a key driver for Hoxhunt's growth in the DACH region, specifically identifying and closing new business with organizations ranging up to 3000 employees.
- Master the Full Sales Cycle with SDR Support: Own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery (supported by our dedicated SDR function) to proposals, procurement, and closing with sophisticated clients in your segment.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed your New Business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quota.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships and establish Hoxhunt’s credibility with senior stakeholders, including C-level executives within your target accounts.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our dedicated SDR and Marketing teams, as well as the existing DACH Sales team, to execute a winning go-to-market strategy for your segment.
- Represent Hoxhunt at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. Contribute to building brand awareness and credibility within the DACH mid-market.
Our Helsinki HQ will be your home base, with flexible opportunities for remote work once onboarded and independent.
Your compensation structure will be 50/50 base salary and a competitive commission model. The base salary will be discussed based on your work experience and will fall within our budgeted range of €4000-€5000.
What You Bring
Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: +3 years of experience as an Account Executive selling complex SaaS or software solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets.
Deep DACH Market Knowledge: Native German-speaker, with significant professional experience in the DACH region and a strong understanding of its business culture and etiquette.
Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energetic, and motivated by the challenge of acquiring new business within a competitive market.
Willingness to Travel: Based in Helsinki and eager to travel regularly within the DACH region for meetings, events, and networking.
Nice-to-Have Edge: An existing network in the DACH cybersecurity or IT sector, particularly within organizations up to 3000 employees, is a significant plus.
