As we continue to expand globally, we are looking for a Strategic Onboarding Manager to help some of the world’s most recognized enterprise brands begin their Hoxhunt journey. You will make cybersecurity transformation tangible from day one, ensuring every organization experiences a smooth, value-driven launch that lays the foundation for long-term success.
Your Role
As our Strategic Onboarding Manager, you will lead complex and technically demanding onboarding projects for global enterprise clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will help large organizations navigate complex onboarding by aligning stakeholders, supporting internal change management, managing integrations, and ensuring a successful launch.
You will collaborate with Sales, Customer Success, and Technical teams to ensure every customer transitions smoothly from onboarding into their partnership with Hoxhunt. At the same time, you will refine and scale our onboarding frameworks and ways of working to support our global enterprise growth.

What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll unite Customer Leadership, Technical Execution, and Change Management to deliver seamless, value-driven launches for global enterprises:
- Align enterprise stakeholders to ensure adoption readiness and and guide them from pre-sales to launch.
- Build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders and ensure a seamless handover to Customer Success.
- Manage technical implementations (e.g., M365, SCIM, SSO) for secure, reliable deployments.
- Liaise with internal teams on complex integrations, or unique requirements as needed.
- Guide customers through their internal change journey as they transition to Hoxhunt.
- Share best practices and communication strategies to drive awareness, engagement, and successful end-user adoption.
- Scale and continuously improve onboarding frameworks by capturing best practices that drive faster, more consistent, and impactful customer launches.
- Contribute to developing and refining onboarding frameworks and playbooks as Hoxhunt continues to expand globally.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years of experience leading large-scale enterprise projects, ideally in SaaS or technical solution delivery.
- Proven ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders and deliver successful, high-impact enterprise launches from planning through execution.
- Experience working in a technical or sales engineering environment, such as solution architecture or similar roles with senior customer stakeholders is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the confidence to engage directly and thoughtfully with demanding customers.
- A consultative and advisory approach that combines curiosity, patience, and a structured drive to move things forward.
- Background in communication, change management, or end-user engagement to support successful adoption and behavioral change.
- Fluent in English, with German or French language skills as a strong plus.
Bonus Points If You Also
- Have experience in cybersecurity or human risk management.
- Understand complex IT environments such as M365, on-prem, hybrid, SCIM, and SSO
- Have experience in internal communications or change management
- Have contributed to building scalable onboarding frameworks in a growing SaaS company

Location and Salary Range
This role is based in Helsinki, with a hybrid working model.
The salary range for this position is €4,500–€5,500 per month, depending on experience. Plus annual performance related bonus.
