Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing)

Your Mission

As our Revenue Operations Manager (Marketing), you’ll be the driving force behind how we connect, engage, and convert our audience through precision, automation, and insight. You’ll bridge strategy and execution — transforming data into decisions and helping our Marketing and Sales Development teams run smarter and faster.
Your Role
You’ll join our growing Revenue Operations team as a trusted partner to Marketing and Sales Development leadership. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll architect and optimize the tools, processes, and systems that power pipeline generation and growth.
What You’ll Do
- Act as a strategic advisor to Marketing and SDR leadership, translating GTM strategy into scalable operations.
- Own and evolve the Marketing & SDR tech stack (HubSpot, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Dreamdata, ZoomInfo and related tools): manage vendors, integrations, architecture, and roadmap.
- Design and manage the lead lifecycle, including routing rules, cadences, handoffs, and SLAs.
- Run campaign operations end-to-end: audience segmentation, automation, tracking, reporting, and post-campaign analysis.
- Manage and improve ABM orchestration: targeting, list building, and coordination between Marketing & SDR teams.
- Build and maintain attribution models (single- and multi-touch) and related reporting.
- Drive automation and AI innovations to enhance campaign efficiency and SDR performance.
- Optimize playbooks, cadences, and routing to maximize conversion and minimize leakage.
- Lead pipeline generation cadences (weekly/monthly/quarterly), ensuring momentum and accountability.
- Create training materials and process documentation to scale operational excellence.
What We’re Looking For
- A strategic, data-driven problem solver with an eye for operational detail.
- A clear communicator and collaborator — equally comfortable defining GTM frameworks and configuring systems.
- A proactive owner who takes initiative, thrives in ambiguity, and executes with precision.
- Experience balancing both strategic planning and tactical implementation.
Skills & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 3+ years of experience in Revenue Ops / Marketing Ops / Marketing / Sales Development within a B2B SaaS environment.
- Mastery of HubSpot administration.
- Hands-on experience with Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Clay, Salesforce, Dreamdata (or comparable tools).
- Proven experience designing lead lifecycles, routing rules, cadences, and SLAs.
- Strong experience in Lead lifecycle models, campaign operations, ABM orchestration, and attribution modeling (including multi-touch).
- Analytical and data-focused: skilled in KPI design, reporting, and insights.
- Clear communicator with the ability to produce process guides, diagrams, and enablement documentation.
- Experience in Email deliverability optimization.
Bonus Points If You Also:
- Have Salesforce administration experience.
- Know SQL, Python, or scripting for automation.
- Have used N8N, Zapier, or Make for workflow or AI automation.
- Have coding experience (Apex, Python) or advanced analytics expertise.

Location and Salary Range
You’ll work with our HQ in Helsinki as your home base. While we offer a flexible remote work policy, we hope you are willing to visit the office weekly. The salary range for the position is €5,200–€6,300 / month, depending on your skills and experience.
