Your Mission
As an Account Executive for the SMB market across EMEA, you will play a crucial role in expanding Hoxhunt's footprint by focusing on organizations with up to 300 employees. You will drive new business acquisition within this key segment, manage the full sales cycle, and contribute directly to our rapid growth in these diverse and high-potential regions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact by bringing our award-winning solution to a broad range of smaller and medium-sized businesses.
What You'll Do
- Drive Growth in the SMB Market: Be a key driver for Hoxhunt's growth across EMEA, specifically identifying and closing new business with organizations ranging up to 300 employees.
- Master the Full Sales Cycle with Inbound Support: Own and manage the entire sales process from prospecting and discovery (leveraging marketing inbounds and self-generated leads) to proposals, procurement, and closing with SMB clients in your segment.
- Achieve Revenue Targets: Achieve and exceed your New Business ARR (Annual Recurring Revenue) quota.
- Become a Trusted Advisor: Build strong relationships and establish Hoxhunt’s credibility with key stakeholders, including decision-makers within your target accounts.
- Collaborate for Success: Partner closely with our Marketing team to optimize inbound lead generation and execute a winning go-to-market strategy for the SMB market across EMEA.
- Brand Representation: Represent Hoxhunt at industry events, trade shows, and customer meetings across your regions to strengthen brand awareness and credibility within the global SMB market.
Compensation and Location
Our Helsinki HQ will be your home base, with flexible opportunities for remote work once onboarded and independent.
Your compensation structure will be 50/50 base salary and a competitive commission model. The base salary will be discussed based on your relevant work experience and will fall within our budgeted range of €3800-€4500.
What You Bring
- Proven SaaS Sales Expertise: +3 years of experience as an Account Executive selling complex SaaS or software solutions, with a track record of exceeding targets.
- Deep SMB Market Knowledge: Significant professional experience selling to Small and Medium-sized Businesses (0-300 employees), with a strong understanding of their unique sales cycles and business needs.
- International Market Acumen: Experience navigating diverse business cultures across EMEA, demonstrating adaptability and cultural sensitivity.
- Hunter Mentality & Drive: Goal-oriented, energetic, and motivated by the challenge of acquiring new business within a competitive market.
- Willingness to Travel: Based in Helsinki and eager to travel regularly across EMEA for meetings, events, and networking as required.
- Nice-to-Have Edge: An existing network in the cybersecurity or IT sector within the SMB segment across EMEA is a significant plus.

- Contribute to Hoxhunt becoming a recognized key cybersecurity partner in the SMB market across your assigned regions.
