Demand Generation Manager (DACH)
Join Hoxhunt and build a purposeful product that defends companies from cybercrime, help support the cyber skills training for 4m+ users to make the world more cyber secure - in a human centric way.
At Hoxhunt, we’re on a mission to turn employees into the strongest line of defense against cyber threats. As our Demand Generation Manager (DACH), you’ll be the driving force behind how we attract, engage, and convert audiences in the German-speaking market. You’ll bridge global marketing strategy with localized execution - adapting our message to German buyers, guiding paid and ABM campaigns, and partnering closely with our Sales Development and Account Executive teams to grow pipeline across the DACH region.
You will report directly to our VP of Marketing, ensuring full alignment with global marketing priorities and regional execution.
Your Role
You’ll join our growing Marketing team as the owner of DACH demand generation. This role is both strategic and hands-on: you’ll shape the regional go-to-market approach, execute localized demand programs, and ensure that every touchpoint in the German buyer journey resonates, converts, and fuels pipeline growth.
You’ll act as the connective tissue between Global Growth Marketing, Content, Product Marketing, and our Sales team in the DACH region - ensuring that messaging, campaigns, events, and SDR motions are aligned and consistently delivering high-quality leads.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the strategic owner of demand generation for the DACH region, translating GTM priorities into localized, high-performing campaigns.
- Localize and evolve German-language messaging across the website, landing pages, paid campaigns, and sales collateral.
- Partner with Global Growth Marketing to plan and optimize German-language paid campaigns (LinkedIn, Google Search, content syndication); own targeting, segmentation, and messaging.
- Enable SDRs with localized assets, playbooks, templates, cadences, and messaging to improve conversion rates.
- Own regional campaign operations: audience selection, campaign coordination, tracking, reporting, and optimization.
- Plan and deliver light field marketing programs: 1–2 regional events/quarter (meetups, partner events, breakfasts) and occasional webinars.
- Manage pipeline reporting for the DACH region: conversion rates across the funnel, from net new meetings and pipeline, to pipeline velocity, and campaign influence.
- Collaborate with our designers and content marketers to brief and localize assets, without personally owning heavy content creation.
- Continuously test, measure, and iterate on tactics to optimize cost per demo and meeting, pipeline created, and campaign ROI.
- Represent the DACH customer perspective internally, sharing market insights with the broader team.
What We’re Looking For
- A marketer who deeply understands German B2B buyers, and knows how to communicate value in their language.
- Someone energized by both strategic planning and hands-on execution.
- A collaborator who thrives in cross-functional environments and communicates clearly with Sales, SDR, Growth, and Content teams.
- A proactive owner who spots opportunities early, takes initiative, and iterates quickly.
- Someone who is comfortable with data and pipeline metrics — and knows how to take action from them.
Skills & Requirements
- Native-level German (or C2 equivalent) and excellent English.
- 5+ years in B2B SaaS marketing, with hands-on experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or regional marketing.
- Experience localizing messaging, landing pages, and campaign content for the DACH market.
- Strong familiarity with LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, or similar paid demand channels.
- Experience partnering closely with SDRs or Sales teams on pipeline generation campaigns.
- Understanding of ABM principles (1:1, 1:few, or 1:many programs).
- Comfortable working in martech tools such as HubSpot, Dreamdata and so on.
- Analytical and data-focused: skilled in KPI reporting, pipeline metrics, and deriving insights.
- Experience running smaller events or field marketing programs.
- Ability to create light enablement materials (email templates, one-pagers, micro-assets).
Bonus Points If You Also:
- Have run ABM programs using tools like 6sense, Influ2, or similar.
- Have worked in cybersecurity or compliance-focused B2B environments.
- Have experience with outreach automation tools.
- Have experience collaborating with distributed, international teams.
