Establish and reinforce clear standards for activity levels, pipeline generation, and revenue targets.
Build trust across the team through strong presence, timely feedback, and consistent follow-through.
Operational Excellence
Act as a key operational partner to senior sales leadership, translating high-level strategy into clear, actionable execution for the sales team.
Own and continuously improve sales processes, workflows, and operating rhythms to ensure consistency, clarity, and scalability.
Serve as a Salesforce subject-matter expert, owning data integrity, pipeline hygiene, forecasting accuracy, and reporting visibility across the team.
Proactively identify gaps, inefficiencies, and friction points, and implement practical solutions that improve productivity, repeatability, and scale.
Enablement, Training & Scale
Partner closely with the Sales Enablement team to design, refine, and deliver impactful training and enablement programs that directly support rep performance.
Build and maintain strong structure around onboarding, ongoing coaching, and performance management to ensure consistent rep development and ramp.
Develop, document, and continuously improve sales playbooks, best practices, and operational frameworks that are easy to follow and actually used.
Collaborate cross-functionally with RevOps, Sales Development, Marketing, and Enablement to align messaging, processes, and tools and improve overall sales effectiveness.
Execution & Ownership
Bring a high-ownership mindset, taking initiative and driving momentum without waiting for direction.
Anticipate challenges early and proactively step in to solve problems before they escalate.
Balance strategic perspective with hands-on execution to ensure things actually get done.
The Who
3–5+ years of sales leadership experience leading quota-carrying reps.
5+ years as a quota-carrying sales rep, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
Strong sales credibility with the ability to coach from real deal experience.
