Revenue Operations Specialist
Join Hoxhunt and build a purposeful product that defends companies from cybercrime, help support the cyber skills training for 4m+ users to make the world more cyber secure - in a human centric way.
Your Mission
Behind every successful sales conversation, customer onboarding, and expansion opportunity is a system that quietly makes it all possible.
Your mission as a Revenue Operations Specialist is to help build and maintain the systems that power how Hoxhunt grows. You’ll work at the intersection of business, technology, and data, ensuring our revenue teams can operate smoothly, make better decisions, and scale without friction.
In this role, you will help maintain and evolve the core infrastructure of our Go-To-Market organization - primarily Salesforce and the surrounding revenue tech stack. Your work will directly impact how our teams manage pipeline, forecast revenue, and serve our customers.
This is an ideal role for someone early in their career who is excited about systems thinking, automation, and the mechanics of how modern SaaS companies grow.
Your role
Revenue Operations sits at the center of our Go-To-Market organization. We work closely with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product, translating business needs into scalable systems, processes, and automation.
As a Revenue Operations Specialist, your early focus will be on hands-on Salesforce administration and system support, helping ensure our revenue systems run smoothly day to day. This gives you a deep understanding of how our systems work and how our teams rely on them.
You won’t be doing this alone. Our senior RevOps team will mentor you as you learn the foundations of revenue systems, automation, and data architecture. Over time, you’ll grow from supporting existing systems to improving, automating, and designing them.
This role is designed as a launchpad into advanced Revenue Operations and Systems roles.
What You’ll Do
A large part of your time will be spent working directly in Salesforce, ensuring the system runs reliably and supports the needs of our teams.
Your responsibilities will include:
Support day-to-day Salesforce administration, including user management, permissions, page layouts, validation rules, and Flows
Maintain and improve CRM data integrity by monitoring data quality and implementing deduplication and governance practices
Build and maintain reports and dashboards that help leadership understand pipeline health and forecast revenue
Support the design and improvement of core revenue processes such as opportunity management and pipeline structure
Maintain and troubleshoot integrations between Salesforce and other revenue tools Identify inefficient manual workflows and contribute to automation and system improvements
Document systems, processes, and data structures to support scalability Provide internal user support and guidance to improve system adoption
Over time, you’ll also contribute to broader RevOps initiatives, helping evolve our revenue infrastructure as the company continues to scale.
A large part of your time will be spent working directly in Salesforce, ensuring the system runs reliably and supports the needs of our teams.
What We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone who enjoys understanding how systems work and takes satisfaction in making them run better.
You might be the right person for this role if you are:
A structured problem-solver who enjoys working with systems and data
Curious about how technology supports business processes
Detail-oriented and motivated to improve things that aren’t working well
Comfortable learning technical tools and exploring how automation can remove manual work
A clear communicator who can translate business needs into system changes
You don’t need to tick every box on this list — what matters most is your curiosity, ownership mindset, and willingness to learn.
Bonus Points If You Also
While not required, the following experience would be a plus:
Salesforce Administrator Certification (or currently working toward it)
Experience with Salesforce automation such as Flows
Exposure to CRM integrations or APIs
Basic knowledge of Apex, SQL, or other coding languages
Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or N8N
