As an Enterprise Customer Success Manager, your mission is to guide some of the world’s most complex organizations on that journey. You don’t step in to maintain accounts. You step in to shape outcomes.
You act as a trusted advisor to security leaders, helping them drive real behavioral change, prove measurable impact, and build programs that scale across thousands of employees and multiple markets.

Your Role
You partner with global enterprise customers to drive adoption, value realization, and long-term success across their human risk and security awareness programs.
You operate as a trusted advisor to security leaders, guiding them through organizational change, aligning diverse stakeholder groups, and helping them build resilient security cultures that scale.
This is a strategic, consultative role focused on leading complex enterprise programs. You design and deliver tailored customer journeys supported by Hoxhunt’s scalable global operations, ensuring every customer achieves meaningful and measurable outcomes.
You work closely with internal teams across Implementation, Product, Sales, and Security, bringing everything together to deliver consistent, high-quality impact for your customers.
While experience in cybersecurity, human risk management, or security awareness is valuable, what matters most is your ability to understand complex environments, build trust, and drive change.
This role is designed for professionals who are comfortable operating in ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders, and owning outcomes in complex environments.
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of global enterprise customers and take full accountability for their success, growth, and long-term partnership with Hoxhunt
Lead the full post-onboarding lifecycle including adoption, value realization, renewal execution, and customer expansion
Act as a trusted advisor to security leaders, guiding them in building and evolving human risk programs
Lead high-impact engagements such as QBRs, strategic reviews, and executive discussions
Build and drive long-term success plans tied to measurable business and security outcomes
Navigate complex, multi-stakeholder environments across regions and organizational layers
Identify risks early and proactively drive mitigation plans
Proactively identify and drive expansion opportunities together with Account Managers
Partner cross-functionally with Product, Implementation, and Security teams to deliver high-quality outcomes for your customers
What We’re Looking For
5+ years of experience in Customer Success, consulting, or cybersecurity-focused advisory roles in B2B environments
Proven success working with complex enterprise customers and multi-stakeholder organizations
Strong executive presence with the ability to engage, influence, and challenge senior stakeholders
A consultative mindset and the ability to connect customer initiatives to measurable business outcomes
Experience operating in high-touch enterprise environments where success depends on navigating complexity
Demonstrated success in driving renewals, expansion, or long-term customer growth
Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple complex accounts simultaneously
Comfort with data, insights, and reporting to drive clear actions and improvements
High autonomy, strong ownership, and confidence using modern tools in your daily work
Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have. German and or French are big advantages. Spanish, Dutch and other languages are considered a plus.

Location and salary range
Location: Helsinki with flexible remote work options
Monthly base salary: €5000–€5800 depending on experience plus an attractive bonus model
