As a Customer Success Manager in our Mid-Market segment, your mission is to help growing organizations build and run security programs that truly work.
You partner with companies across EMEA that are actively developing their security awareness programs. They look to you for guidance on how to drive adoption, how to engage their employees, and how to demonstrate the value of their efforts internally.
You play a key role in turning Hoxhunt into an essential part of your customers’ security programs. You help them move forward, show progress, and build programs that create lasting change.
This is a role where your impact is visible, in how your customers’ programs evolve, mature, and deliver real outcomes over time.
Your Role
You own a portfolio of mid-market customers across EMEA, typically organizations with 1,000 to 10,000 employees.
Your focus is to ensure every customer realizes clear, measurable value from Hoxhunt. You guide them in running effective security programs, keep them on track, and ensure they are set up for successful renewals and growth.
You work in a structured and scalable way. You use playbooks, data, and clear processes to manage your portfolio effectively, while still building strong relationships with your customers.
You are expected to bring consistency and clarity to your work. You know how to prioritize, how to move things forward, and how to deliver results across multiple customers at the same time.
You collaborate closely with Sales, Product, and your Customer Success peers, contributing to shared learnings and continuously improving how we support our customers.
You are comfortable operating in a role where success is measured by outcomes, consistency, and your ability to deliver across your entire portfolio.
What You’ll Do
Own a portfolio of 30–40 mid-market customers and take responsibility for their success, retention, and growth
Drive adoption and ensure customers realize clear, measurable value from Hoxhunt
Guide customers in building and running effective security awareness & operations programs
Own renewal, upsell & cross-sell execution for your portfolio.
Use data and reporting to track customer progress and take proactive action
Prioritize effectively across multiple customers in a fast-paced environment
Apply and improve playbooks to ensure consistent, high-quality execution
Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across your accounts
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a seamless customer experience
What We’re Looking For
3+ years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, Sales (e.g. Account Executive), or Project Management in a fast-growing SaaS environment
Proven track record of delivering renewals, upsell, and cross-sell results
Strong prioritization and project management skills with the ability to deliver consistently in a fast-paced environment
Confidence in building trust and developing relationships across multiple stakeholders
A data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into clear actions
Comfort with technology and eagerness to adopt new tools, including AI, in your daily work
A proactive, solution-oriented approach with the courage to improve and challenge existing ways of working
Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
Fluent written and spoken English is a must-have. German and/or French are big advantages. Spanish, Dutch and other languages are considered a plus.
Bonus Points
Experience from SaaS startups or the cybersecurity industry is a plus
Experience engaging with senior stakeholders, including security leaders such as CISOs, is considered a plus

Location and salary range
Location: Helsinki with flexible remote work options
Monthly base salary: €4200–€5200 depending on experience and an attractive bonus model on top
